When I created the menu for the TRIBE Milano Malpensa restaurant, I wanted to bring the essence of authentic southern Italian cuisine with me. I combined traditional Italian dishes with a touch of modernity, reimagining grandma’s recipes with what we now call culinary innovation. From classic bruschetta to rich pasta dishes, I aimed to offer guests at our hotel an authentic Italian experience. I hope my menu brings you a taste of the warmth of Italian family and tradition.
