Nuestro Hotel TRIBE Medellín, está ubicado en una zona donde hay mucho por descubrir. Desde la vibrante calle Provenza hasta restaurantes locales, bares de moda,
experiencias nocturnas, exposiciones de arte y otros eventos divertidos, siempre
encontrarás algo emocionante para participar.
En nuestro mostrador de comida para llevar abierto las 24 horas hay un menú exclusivo de platos listos para comer, y una selección de aperitivos y bebidas para tomar cuando te apetezca.
Con comida recién preparada y bebidas artesanales, bollería, tentempiés y mucho más, nunca pasarás hambre bajo nuestro techo… aunque trabajes fuera de horario.
Bartolomé es un restaurante de montaña, tierra y ríos. Somos una cocina honesta orientada al sentido de comida en familia, de barrio y estética fine dining. Nos definimos como una Gastronomía intercultural y de temporalidad para aprovechar al máximo los recursos, enfocados no solo en un proceso o una “definición de cocina” sino tomando como inspiración las diferentes cocinas del mundo. La propuesta del menú de Bartolomé es crear impacto
apoyando a los agricultores, campesinos y pequeños productores del área del valle de Aburrá, reducir el impacto de huella de carbono, aprovechar todos los recursos y ser 0 waste.
